Rosenthal Law Group obtains a final judgment following an eight-day trial in the amount of $273,011.85 plus $1,000,000 in punitive damages against an aircraft maintenance facility arising out of a claim for breach of contract, gross negligence and fraud following the performance of major maintenance on a private aircraft. The firm also recovered punitive damages against the company’s president and owner in the amount of $500,000.
