Rosenthal Law Group obtains a final judgment following a three-day trial in the amount of $539,342 for a commercial paint manufacturer against its former employee for breach of fiduciary duty of loyalty owed to his full-time employer during their employment relationship due to his working for and receiving monies from painting contactors while employed as a full-time employee.

Rosenthal Law Group obtains a final judgment following an eight-day trial in the amount of $273,011.85 plus $1,000,000 in punitive damages against an aircraft maintenance facility arising out of a claim for breach of contract, gross negligence and fraud following the performance of major maintenance on a private aircraft. The firm also recovered punitive damages against the company’s president and owner in the amount of $500,000.

Rosenthal Law Group achieved summary judgment in favor of a commercial property owner against a personal injury claimant in a negligence slip and fall lawsuit.
