A powerhouse attorney with a sharp legal mind, Sydney combines corporate law expertise with an unwavering dedication to excellence. With bar admissions in Florida and Pennsylvania, Sydney is as versatile in her legal practice as she is in life.

A Foundation of Excellence

Born to excel, Sydney’s journey of achievement began at Pepperdine University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While most people struggle to balance studies and Netflix, Sydney was on the Pepperdine Dive Team, earned Diver of the Year in her division, and somehow found time to serve as President of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Basically, she was the Hermione Granger (for those Harry Potter fans) of Malibu.

From there, Sydney went on to Rutgers Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude with a 3.8 GPA—the kind of number that makes classmates question their life choices. She snagged spots on the Dean’s List, won the coveted First Year Legal Writing Award, and became a member of the elite Order of the Coif (aka the top 10% of her class). Oh, and just for fun, she tutored Civil Procedure, served as a staff editor for the Rutgers Law Review, and contributed to pro bono projects in estate planning, mediation, and domestic violence. Sydney doesn’t just raise the bar—she pole-vaults over it.

The Lawyer Stuff

Sydney kicked off her legal career at Blank Rome LLP, working on corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and securities matters. Highlights of her work include:

• Representing buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.
• Conducting extensive due diligence (a fancy way of saying she read every word of every document—twice).
• Drafting transaction documents, including those long, complicated agreements nobody ever reads but are critically important.
• Advising private companies at every stage, from formation to dissolution.

Prior to her corporate work, Sydney gained invaluable experience interning for Judge Jack M. Sabatino of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

The Balancing Act

Sydney’s biggest accomplishment? Balancing a thriving legal career while raising two energetic boys, ages 1 and 3. As if wrangling toddlers isn’t challenging enough, she also supports her husband, who is currently knee-deep in his residency as a physician. Between corporate deals, bedtime stories, and everything in between, Sydney somehow makes it all look effortless—though she might argue coffee plays a critical role.
