On June 17, 2022, the Circuit Court for the 11th Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida entered a Final Summary Judgment in the amount of $7,889,660.79 in favor of Venture Investment Group II, LLC (“VIG”) against Nurish.me, Inc. (OTC: AVOZ) (“Nurish.me”).
In its complaint, filed May 20, 2020, VIG alleged that Nurish.me breached two promissory notes in relation to funding provided to Nurish.me in 2019. The complaint further alleged that Nurish.me failed to deliver default issuance of shares in the company’s shares of stock that were due upon the default of the promissory notes.
